British Steel\u00ae IV is an all-British, mostly-vintage motor rally. This year\u2019s route kicks off at a one-of-a-kind winery in BCR\u2019s hometown of Calistoga, CA and touches down at yet another rad family-owned winery in Healdsburg, following a bracing jaunt over B roads (~100 miles of \u2018em) that are – no hyperbole – bloody epic. <\/p>\n
Meet at an undisclosed Calistoga location for a little pre-rally social hour with Sam\u2019s General Store pop-up providing caffeine & sustenance. At 9am, leave in 3 groups (HARE, TORTOISE, and SNAIL) 5 minutes apart for a ~100 mile drive, done by noon. Optional winery lunch available at rally\u2019s end.<\/p>\n
What does your $50 get you? Only this: a parking pass, rally decal, a PDF with rally info and route directions, a Google Map and downloadable .kml file, and an amazing morning out on Northern California’s best backroads with a cr\u00fce of like-minded drivers.<\/p>\n
